This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about turning complex data into meaningful business insights.</span></p> <h2><span style="font-size:12.0pt">What you’ll be doing</span></h2> <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Build and develop data automation and data transformation solutions to support risk and control effectiveness metrics.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Design, build and maintain dashboards and reporting across audit, risk and assurance systems.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Produce insightful reporting for senior leadership and Board-level stakeholders.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Develop data-driven applications using tools such as <strong>Power Apps</strong> and <strong>Power Automate</strong>.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Collaborate with system owners to ensure data accuracy, security and timeliness.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Manage user access to analytics and automation tools.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Support application administration, user training and documentation.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span <h3><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><a name="essential"></a>Essential:</span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Several years of experience working with data analytics, data wrangling and insight tools.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Ability to transform data into meaningful visual insights.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Experience gathering requirements and translating them into solutions.</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><a name="desirable"></a>Desirable:</span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Knowledge of for the duration of that sanction. In circumstances when you are in a disciplinary process but the outcome hasn’t been reached or there is an active appeal then you can apply, however, the Offer could be withdrawn if, subsequently, you’re issued with a sanction or your appeal is unsuccessful.<br>It is the responsibility of an applicant to not apply to IJP in case if they are on an active PIP/ Disciplinary case/ Warnings or sanction.
