What you’ll do on a typical day: <ul> <li>Present information using a variety of formats and techniques, including role-playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and lectures</li> <li>Provide training programs to help workers maintain and improve job skills</li> <li>Schedule classes based on availability of classrooms, equipment and instructors</li> <li>Attend meetings and seminars to obtain information for use in training programs </li> <li>Inform management of training program status</li> </ul> What you need to succeed at GXO: At a minimum, you’ll need: <ul> <li>Knowledge of adult learning principles and adult training methodologies</li> <li>Ability to follow verbal and written directions</li> <li>Intermediate Microsoft Office skills</li> <li>Ability to lift 10 to 25 lbs. on a regular basis, and up to 50 lbs. on an infrequent basis</li> </ul> It'd be great if you also have: <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or Training</li> <li>Professional training certification</li> <li>2 years of warehouse experience, including 1 year in a training role</li> <li>Spanish/English Bilingual</li> </ul> Be part of something big.
