You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, on a Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:00 shift pattern. What you'll do on a typical day: <ul> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Work within our Transport department and report directly to the transport team manager</li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Manage daily validation of Transport VOR/ Service schedules</li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Be responsible for keeping records and compliance for company vehicles </li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Key duties include – database management, maintenance scheduling and general administrative tasks</li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Manage fleet compliance, raise defect issues</li> </ul> What will you bring? <ul> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Previous experience in logistics or Transport fleet admin </li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Strong MS Office skills</li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Ability to manage high volumes of data and able to meet deadlines</li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Strong attention to detail</li> </ul> We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
