The opportunity We are looking for Instructional Design Managers with expertise in Systems Implementation (SI) /SAP to join the GDS PC team. Your key responsibilities <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Lead and drive large-scale SAP/SI engagements and deliver through teams. Manage escalations, own quality, track deliverables and manage engagement stakeholders</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Establish instructional design expertise within the practice, grow and lead a team of instructional design specialists in the SAP/SI domain</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Liaison with regional stakeholders selling work in the instructional design space to build project pipeline</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Identify and build new SAP/SI capabilities in the team based on trends in the various market regions</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Lead SAP/SI instructional design efforts using the
