This career opportunity seeks individuals who not only understand the role technology plays in large scale transformations, but who have experience in designing and integrating technology and business processes to produce value driven solutions. These solutions often include multiple capabilities i.e. demand intake & prioritization, portfolio scenario planning, financial management, program/ portfolio/ transformation execution, schedule management, risk & issue management, resource management, KPI definition, performance reporting and data analytics via dashboards.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Perform project and program management responsibilities including PMO / EPMO design / set up and delivery, program road-mapping design, and manage project management processes utilizing a structured project management methodology and formal tools and approaches</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Lead and manage full project life cycle delivery from initiation to deployment including project estimation, planning, tracking, scope control, risks & issues management, resource management and status reporting</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Own and govern RAID processes including risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies pertaining to projects and interdependencies across technology, operations and business, and oversee RAID dashboards</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Lead and manage integration roadmap, including changes to technology, processes, risk & governance sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Generate and publish project health dashboards / MIS reports to various stakeholders including data gathering, reporting, trend analysis, and presentation of project program management or PMO</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Excellent project management skills with demonstrated experience of successfully managing large-scale complex cross-functional teams within a global environment</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Excellent verbal and written communication skills and stakeholder management skills including sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Experience working with Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sector, preferably with exposure to insurance engagements</span></li> <li
