The Opportunity We are looking for a Cloud and Batch Operations Engineer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in enterprise production environments support with a strong focus on batch scheduling, job monitoring, and workflow troubleshooting. This role involves working across Linux, Windows, or Mainframe platforms, leveraging tools such as Control M, Autosys, StoneBranch, BMC, or Tivoli, along with Splunk for log analysis and monitoring. You will use scripting skills to automate operational tasks and follow ITSM processes using ServiceNow. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills who enjoy ensuring reliability and efficiency of time critical batch and cloud workloads.
