We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Associate, focusing on Responsible AI, emerging technology risk, compliance and technical governance. You will work closely with EY Technology, Service Lines and Global Functions along with helping delivery teams adopt Responsible AI requirements through practical toolkits, checklists and training support. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced global environment and who can combine technical curiosity, risk judgment and clear communication to help teams embed AI governance into real delivery workflows. and Innovation Risk requirements for AI Systems.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Assist in maintaining and updating the Risk and Control Matrix for AI style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Approximately 4-5 years of relevant experience in risk management, internal controls, compliance, AI governance, data risk, or related
