Your key responsibilities As a wavespace Experience Manager you’ll choreograph and help design experiences, both bespoke and repeatable, to be used across wavespace for a diverse roster of clients. <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Act as the primary interface to wavespace clients, taking accountability for all aspects of planning and delivering a wavespace design and/or experience </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Ensure a consistent wavespace design experience using approved and methodologies and best practices </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Manage session scope, estimates and actual costs</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Manage resourcing for all required session personnel</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Provide direction and performance feedback to the production team </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Manage cadence of calls with client</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Coordinate session design to include Mural, Miro, OneRoom and other immersive tools including metaverse environments </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Oversee logistics, technical setup, etc. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Manage account team and delivery team stakeholders as part of the experience design </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Conduct successful delivery of simple to complex experiences across a wide array of industries </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Oversee experience documentation, ensure successful close out </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Accountable for experience follow-up, reporting, and billing </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Generate additional leads and follow-up wavespace opportunities with stakeholders </li> </ul> Skills and attributes for success This is a highly visible role with significant client and leadership interaction. To qualify you must have <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Design thinking experience</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Proven track record of successful design and delivery of innovation sessions</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Strong consulting experience</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Adept creative problem-solving skills and the ability to compromise around needs of the client, account team and the design team </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">12+ Years of experience managing design thinking workshops, teams and facilitation</li> </ul> Ideally, you’ll also have <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Advanced degree in Design Thinking</li> </ul> What we look for EY has a diverse and high-performing culture; wavespace is no exception.
