The opportunity We are seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO Senior Manager to join our EY GDS Consulting Services team. In this role, you will lead complex IT transformation programs, advise clients at a strategic level, and drive the delivery of cutting-edge SAP solutions for leading global organizations. Your key responsibilities <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Lead and oversee end-to-end IT transformation programs with a focus on SAP Finance (FI/CO) solutions</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Manage large-scale implementation projects, including greenfield, brownfield, and S/4HANA system conversions</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality delivery, risk management, and adherence to project timelines and budgets</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Drive solution design decisions, ensuring scalability, standardization, and alignment with SAP best practices</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Contribute to business development activities, including proposal development, client presentations, and identifying new opportunities</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Mentor and coach team members, supporting their professional growth and development</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Participate in implementation projects with a focus on developing new solutions and expanding system functionalities within the scope of R&D activities</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Collaboration with R&D teams to identify and implement best practices and new SAP solutions</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Report the progress of R&D projects and documenting the results of implementations</li> </ul> Skills and attributes for success <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Solution Architecture & Functional Leadership – broad and deep understanding of SAP FI/CO with the ability to design end-to-end solutions, including integrations with modules such as MM, SD, and others</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Delivery Excellence – strong track record of leading end-to-end implementations using methodologies such as Agile or SAP Activate</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Stakeholder Management & Leadership – ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, lead teams, and communicate complex topics effectively</li> </ul> To qualify for the role, you must have <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Strong, hands-on experience across multiple SAP FI/CO areas, with a solid understanding of end-to-end finance processes</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Experience in multiple end-to-end SAP implementation projects, including S/4HANA transformations</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Proven ability to design integrated SAP solutions, covering FI/CO and its integration with other modules (e.g., SD, MM)</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Experience in acting as a Solution Architect or leading solution design streams in complex transformation programs</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Experience in business development / go-to-market activities (e.g., proposals, client discussions, opportunity shaping)</li> </ul> Ideally, you’ll also have <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">German language skills are a strong advantage</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Strong leadership presence and the ability to inspire teams</li> </ul> What we look for We are looking for experienced leaders who combine deep SAP expertise with a strategic mindset and a passion for delivering business value.
