This role will partner with teams in Smart Manufacturing and Cargill manufacturing and apply expertise in advanced process controls and data analytics to improve safety, sustainability, and efficiency across the enterprise.</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Key Accountabilities</H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Develop and design advanced process controls strategies across Cargill plants.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Collaborate with process simulation and manufacturing analytics teams to create process control strategies for new and existing Cargill processes.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Collaborate with the North American regional Smart Manufacturing teams and manufacturing sites on high-value, high-priority process controls projects.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Collaborate with regional and global teams to deliver scalable impact through process controls.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Estimate project scope, level of effort, and value for controls projects.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Provide process controls and other engineering expertise within projects related to yield improvement, energy efficiency, throughput, down-time reduction, product quality and variable cost reduction.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Identify new opportunities for process improvements by analyzing production data and developing process controls strategies aligned with business objectives that can be scaled quickly over multiple facilities.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Communicate effectively across a variety of stakeholders including R&D, Smart Manufacturing, plant operations, and business leaders. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award.
