<p><strong><span style="font-size:24.0pt">Your Contribution</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Manage and monitor 3PL operations to achieve service and KPI targets</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Review 3PL performance and drive continuous improvements</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Manage warehouse processes and support WMS enhancements</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Coordinate bi-annual warehouse stock counts</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Identify opportunities to optimize logistics and freight costs</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Support supply chain improvement and digitalization projects</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Drive process improvements aligned with business needs and strategies</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Monitor inventory levels and prepare regular inventory reports</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Prepare and coordinate warehousing and logistics KPI reports</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Support monthly reporting to Regional Operations and Excellence APAC</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Track and report cost-saving initiatives and performance improvements</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:24.0pt"><strong>Your Experience & Qulifications</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size:14.0pt">University bachelor’s degree or above</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0pt">4+ years experience in full SCM operations</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Deep knowledge and experience of supply chain concepts, inventory management and warehousing</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Automotive, Automotive After Parts / Aftermarket knowledge is a big plus</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Business level in both Japanese and English language skills</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:24.0pt"><strong>Our offering;</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">We will provide a collaborative environment working on exciting assignments, along with personal & career development opportunities.We encourage you to apply if it feels like a good fit for you or to review our other openings.
