We are looking forward to hire Master Data Management (MDM) Professionals in the following areas : Experience Level 3 -6 Years Job Title: Reltio Developer – Reltio MDM Role Overview We're seeking a Reltio Developer to build, configure, and maintain Reltio MDM solutions that power accurate, unified, and governed master data across the enterprise. You'll be responsible for hands-on development within the Reltio platform, including data modeling, API integrations, and custom workflows. Key Responsibilities <ul> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Develop and configure Reltio data models, including entity types, attributes, relationships, and reference data.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Build and customize match & merge rules, survivorship rules, and validation logic to ensure high-quality master data.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Hands-on in developing integrations using Reltio REST APIs, Reltio Integration Hub, and event-driven mechanisms (e.g., Reltio Connect, Kafka).</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Write and maintain custom scripts (e.g., JavaScript) for Reltio workflows, business rules, and data transformations.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Build and support batch and real-time data loads into Reltio using ETL/integration tools (Informatica or similar).</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Develop and maintain Reltio workflows (RIH pipelines, match rules, survivorship configs) and troubleshoot data quality issues.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Collaborate with data architects and business analysts to translate data requirements into technical Reltio configurations.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Reltio integrations and configurations.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Support data migration activities, including data mapping, profiling, and cleansing prior to load.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Maintain technical documentation for data models, integrations, and custom development work.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Provide L2/L3 production support for Reltio-related issues, including root cause analysis and resolution.</li> </ul> Required Skills & Experience <ul> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">2–5 years of hands-on Reltio MDM development experience.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Strong knowledge of Reltio core concepts: entities, relationships, match & merge, survivorship, hierarchies, and data models.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, and integration development.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Experience with Reltio Integration Hub (RIH), Reltio Console, and Reltio workflow/business rules engine.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Scripting experience in JavaScript, or Python for custom Reltio logic.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Familiarity with at least one ETL/integration platform (GCP, Informatica, or Kafka etc.,)</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Strong SQL skills and experience with relational/NoSQL databases.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Understanding of data governance, data quality, and master data management principles.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD practices is a plus.</li> </ul> Preferred Qualifications <ul> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Reltio certification(s).</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Experience working in Manufacturing, healthcare, retail, or financial services domains.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Familiarity with data privacy/compliance requirements (GDPR, HIPAA) as they relate to MDM.</li> </ul> At YASH, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment.
