<p style="font-size:11.0pt;margin-bottom:0.0pt;margin-top:0.0pt;text-align:center"><b><span style="font-family:Arial"><img alt="" src="https://rmkcdn.successfactors.com/06fd4c88/e2ff4113-2df3-4bf2-9752-5.jpg" style="height:56.0px;width:150.0px"></span></b></p> <div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Purpose</b></H2> </div><div><p style="text-align:justify"> </p> <p>To perform preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance of electrical & mechanical systems in accordance with relevant procedures and safety requirements.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><p style="text-align:justify"> </p> <ul> <li style="text-align:justify">To perform preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance of electrical & mechanical systems such as Monorail Train, 22kV, 750Vdc, 415Vac switchgear, HV transformers, Traction Rectifiers and Inverters, system, battery chargers, battery banks, UPS System, Cables & 750V Traction Power contact line system, etc.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">To operate engineering vehicles (Training and qualifications will be provided by the company).</li> <li style="text-align:justify">To switch on and off the traction power.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">To comply with relevant procedures and safety requirements when carrying out preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">To comply with and exercises safety in accordance with safety procedures.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">To ensure compliance with Quality objectives as stated in QP, WIs, SWP, RAs, Task lists & checklist in daily activities.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">To ensure spares, tools and equipment used are in good condition and calibrated if necessary.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">To operate ground support equipment and tools safely in accordance with general handling practices, as assigned by supervisors.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">To drive company vehicle for the purpose of work as assigned by supervisors (For holders of Singapore Driving License, familiarisation and authorisation will be provided by the company).</li> <li style="text-align:justify">To operate company's forklift as assigned by supervisors (Training and qualifications will be provided by the company).</li> <li style="text-align:justify">To adopt KAIZEN methodology (5M, 5S & 5W) to eliminate 8 Wastes and improve the Productivity and Value of work performed.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">To ensure excellent housekeeping are maintained within all work areas.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">To maintain a high level of work discipline and standards.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">To undertakes any other tasks or functions that are incidental or ancillary to the performance of assigned work.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Required to perform rotating shift work based on the duty roster, including weekends and Public Holidays.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications & Work Experience</b></H2> </div><div><p style="text-align:justify"> </p> <p style="text-align:justify"><strong>Electrical Technicians: </strong><br>Nitec or equivalent with at least three (3) years of relevant working experience in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering in railway maintenance.</p> <p style="text-align:justify"> </p> <p style="text-align:justify"><strong>Mechanical Technicians:</strong><br>Nitec or equivalent with at least three (3) years of relevant working experience in Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering in railway maintenance.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Skills</b></H2> </div><div><p style="text-align:justify"> </p> <ul> <li>Proficient in using tools and equipment.</li> <li>Able to communicate effectively and a good team player.</li> <li>Able to read and write in English proficiently.</li> <li>Possess basic MS Office skills.</li> <li>Able to work independently.</li> </ul></div></div></div><p> </p> <p><b>Advanced Innovative Technologies and Digital Solutions & Services Partner</b></p> <p><b>Strides Engineering</b> has deep, proven experience in exploiting advanced innovative technologies, and digital solutions & services to drive safety, reliability, and comfort.</p>
