In this role, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas, ensuring a secure environment through observation, situational awareness, and proactive response. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing both vehicle and pedestrian access, identifying and addressing potential risks, and responding to security-related incidents with sound judgment and adherence to established policies. You will contribute to a high-performing security team by delivering exceptional service during mobile patrols, at fixed posts, and during special events. This role requires a strong commitment to accountability, confidentiality, and clear communication, as you will regularly coordinate with internal teams, leadership, and external authorities when necessary. You will also be entrusted with transporting individuals, conducting incident investigations, and documenting findings with accuracy and professionalism. What You'll Need <ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in" type="disc"> <li style="margin-top:0.0;margin-bottom:0.0;vertical-align:middle">High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 3 years of Gallo Security experience to include 1 year of personal protection experience such as ranch post duty, lobby duty, executive driver duty, or other special personal protection duties; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 3 years of sworn law enforcement experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 5 years combined experience in a sworn law enforcement position, military and security reflecting increasing levels of responsibility. </li> <li style="margin-top:0.0;margin-bottom:0.0;vertical-align:middle">Candidate is required to have a valid driver’s license, a safe driving record and reliable vehicle (if applicable) at the time of hire.
