This role is accountable for the maintaining, upgrading, continued operation of the electrical, instrumentation and control, the computer systems of the facility and in keeping up to date with the latest technology in the field of electronics. This role trains and manages the electrical and process control staff in a participative management style to ensure the quality, quantity of work performance and development of subordinates meets the
