Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services, the Clinical Services Manager serves as the primary operational lead, aligning day-to-day activities with organizational objectives, quality standards, and client expectations.</p> <p> </p> <p>This position requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a focus on operational excellence, compliance, and collaboration. The Clinical Services Manager partners closely with cross-functional teams, including Medical, HR, Finance, and IT, to streamline processes, drive performance improvement, and foster a culture of accountability and teamwork.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>This is a full-time in-person role based out of our Anchorage location. collaborative and confident personality will assist in facilitating your ability to interact with all key personnel thereby ensuring the effective delivery of contract requirements.</p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business, or a related field required (Master’s preferred).</li> <li>Minimum of 7 years of progressive healthcare operations or clinic management experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or multi-department leadership role.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of Occupational Health, Drug & Alcohol testing, and/or clinical administrative workflows.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience in process improvement, compliance, and team leadership.</li> <li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management systems.</li> <li>Ability to travel quarterly to statewide clinic sites.</li> </ul></div></div><div effective communication, accountability, and performance.</li> <li>Guide and mentor managers/supervisors to achieve departmental goals and maintain service excellence across all clinics.</li> <li>Serve as the central operational point of contact for clinical service lines, facilitating coordination between departments.</li> <li>Promote a culture that reflects Beacon’s values, emphasizing patient care, safety, and operational integrity.</li> <li>Support organizational growth initiatives through process improvement, scalability, and workforce alignment.</li> </ul> <div and Administrative Services to ensure consistent, efficient, and compliant workflows.</li> <li>Standardize procedures across departments to improve scheduling, documentation, billing coordination, and turnaround times.</li> <li>Ensure effective staffing models across service lines, balancing workload, coverage, and training needs.</li> <li>Collaborate with Medical, HR, Finance, and IT to support recruitment, budgeting, and systems optimization.</li> <li>Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.</li> <li>Oversee administrative functions including Compliance, and Safety</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements including HIPAA, OSHA, and DOT standards.</li> <li>Maintain alignment with Beacon OHSS and International SOS clinical and operational policies.</li> <li>Partner with the Director of Clinical Services and Medical Director on quality assurance, documentation standards, audit readiness. </li> <li>Partner with the clinical medical teams to ensure clinical practices are following best standards of care and establishing regular touch points and follow-ups. </li> <li>Drive continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives across departments.</li> <li>Monitor compliance in safety programs, incident reporting, and infection control practices.</li> </ul> <div reviews, audits, and meetings as requested to report on performance and process improvements.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate communication across departments and
