<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>About the role</b></H2> </div><div><p>To support overall financial reporting and analysis, including monthly reporting, forecasts/outlooks, and budgeting for the full Profit & Loss (P&L) of business units.</p> <p>Another aspect of the role will be a Subject Matter Expert in Cognos reporting system and assist MS Regions in Cognos support/troubleshooting.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Key responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><table style="width:483.35pt" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0"> <tbody> <tr style="height:50.65pt"> <td style="width:483.35pt" valign="top"> <p>The role will entail:</p> <p><strong>FP&A</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with Management, Sales, and Marketing to deliver P&L analysis across monthly actuals, forecasts, and budgets, including sales pipeline review</li> <li>Execute monthly reporting and planning activities using One View, ensuring timely and accurate submissions</li> <li>Lead month-end close, forecasting, and budgeting processes in line with established timelines and governance requirements</li> <li>Review and validate accruals and intercompany recharges to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with finance policies</li> <li>Prepare variance analysis and concise management commentary for reporting, including MBR deliverables</li> <li>Provide ad hoc financial analysis and insights to support business and management decision-making</li> <li>Provide backup support within the team and undertake ad hoc assignments as required</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Capex & Depreciation</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee Capex submissions, ensuring proper classification, completeness, and policy compliance</li> <li>Review Construction in Progress (CIP) and capitalised software to ensure appropriate accounting treatment and timely capitalisation</li> <li>Maintain Capex tracker and ensure timely submission to Group Working Capital</li> <li>Deliver quarterly Capex spend analysis with variance insights versus budget</li> <li>Analyse Depreciation and Amortisation movements (Actual vs Budget/PY), provide explanations, and follow up on required adjustments</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Process Improvement and Tools</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and enhance forecasting and budgeting models/templates, focusing on standardization, simplification, and automation</li> <li>Support finance initiatives such as system upgrades, process improvements, and financial projections</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>OH&S </strong><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Participate in the development and maintenance of a safe and healthy workplace.</li> <li>Undertake all mandatory OH&S training as required.</li> <li>Comply with any reasonable instructions, policies, procedures or safe work practices given by Intl.SOS in adhering to safe work procedures.</li> <li>Co-operate with management in its fulfilment of its legislative obligations.</li> <li>Take reasonable care to ensure their own health and safety and the safety of others.</li> <li>To report any injury, hazard or illness as soon as possible to their supervisor.</li> </ul> <p> </p> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <p> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>About you</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Degree in Accountancy / Business related disciplines preferred.</li> <li>At least 2 years of relevant working experience with strong analytical background. Candidates with FP&A background are preferred.</li> <li>Strong analytical, numerical, and data mining skills with attention to detail</li> <li>Proficiency in financial/reporting tools (e.g., Cognos, Power BI, One View) is an advantage</li> <li>Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, required</li> <li>Results-driven with strong accountability for outcomes</li> <li>Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset</li> <li>Strong organizational ability and critical thinking skills</li> <li>Effective in multitasking and managing competing priorities</li> <li>Able to perform under tight reporting timelines and pressure</li> <li>Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Highly adaptable in fast-paced, multinational environments</li> </ul></div></div></div>
