This visible role oversees complex unionized payrolls, strengthens compliance and controls, and drives modernization through process improvements and UKG optimization. Ideal for a leader who thrives in fast-paced settings, you will ensure accurate, compliant payroll across jurisdictions, including Québec, while partnering with HR, Finance, Labour Relations, Operations, and IT. Candidates bring expertise in Canadian payroll legislation, union environments, UKG Pro, and hold a PCP (CPM an asset).
