We value innovation, teamwork, continuous learning, secure development, and practical problem solving, and we are committed to building high-quality software and AI-enabled solutions that create measurable value for global manufacturing operations. </span></span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>About the role - you will:</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Develop GenAI-powered knowledge management solutions for SeaTrack MES using Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI frameworks. </li> <li>Build AI-powered coding assistants to improve developer productivity. </li> <li>Design and develop backend services using Java and modern software engineering practices. </li> <li>Develop integrations using messaging platforms and event-driven architectures. </li> <li>Create APIs and microservices for enterprise applications. </li> <li>Participate in software testing, debugging, and performance optimization. </li> <li>Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools. </li> <li>Document technical designs, implementation details, and best practices. </li> <li>Collaborate with engineers and product teams in China, Singapore and United States. </li> <li>Present findings, prototypes, and recommendations to project stakeholders. </li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>About you:</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Automation, or related fields. </li> <li>Basic understanding of Generative AI concepts, LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI agents. </li> <li>Understanding of software development lifecycle and version control systems (Git). </li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. </li> <li>Knowledge of Java programming. </li> <li>Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts. </li> <li>Familiarity with REST APIs and web application development. </li> <li>Good written and verbal communication skills in English. </li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Your experience includes:</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Experience with Python and AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar. </li> <li>Familiarity with Coding Assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent tools. </li> <li>Knowledge of messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, IBM MQ, or Azure Service Bus. </li> <li>Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. </li> <li>Exposure to container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. </li> <li>Understanding of Vector Databases, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Agentic AI workflows. </li> <li>Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. </li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Location:</b></H2> </div><div><p>Located in the high technology district, our site in Wuxi is a global manufacturing hub, where more than 5,000 employees deliver technical services, customer test, manufacturing and support capabilities.
