About this role
Burke Porter Machinery is seeking a machine build supervisor to join their team. The supervisor will be responsible for performing skilled fitting and assembly of machined and/or purchased components involving a wide variety of hand and machine operations. The supervisor will drive continuous improvement by assigning and delegating work effectively to ensure production schedules are being met, ensure the proper training of new hires, participate in the interviewing process, give feedback during the performance review process, review and approve time off request as needed, and work with Human Resources on employees’ issues as needed.
