About this role
We are seeking a dedicated Onsite Coordinator to facilitate the smooth integration of a new group of employees into our work environment and local community. This role involves managing recruitment, employment documentation, and onboarding processes, while providing daily support to ensure employees are trained, safe, and engaged. Additionally, the Onsite Coordinator will assist with housing, transportation, and other community-related needs to help employees settle into their new surroundings. Fluency in Haitian Creole and English is required; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
