About this role
As a Talent Development Specialist, you will support learning and development initiatives within the Distribution division of Bunzl North America. In this role, you will help coordinate, and deliver impactful training, team building, and communication initiatives that drive employee performance, engagement, and growth. You will partner closely with Human Resources (HR) and business leaders to ensure our talent development strategy is executed in alignment with business needs while enabling meaningful engagement experiences for employees across the organization.
