<div style="display:flex;list-style:none;padding:0.0px;width:100%;margin:0.0px"> <div style="width:50%"><img style="width:50%;margin:10.0px 0.0px" src="https://dmscdn.successfactors.com/f073963110f18a2a1734b96ba316f4020b945b2258aee69e565a8851f4c8eeac/static_content/50f9401a328e41f0b846/MMID.png"></div> <div style="text-align:right;width:50%"><img style="width:100%;margin:27.0px 0.0px" src="https://performancemanager5.successfactors.eu/mllerservi/UTM_Logo.png"></div> </div> <hr><p><strong>Join Our Team at Müller – Warehouse Operatives</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>The purpose of the role is to manually pack milk into trolleys, move trolleys and empty trolleys across the chill, working in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining knowledge of products and processes involved in the day to day delivery of goods.</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><strong>Location</strong>: Leeds Depot (WF6 1RY)</li> <li><strong>Contract</strong>: Full-Time, Permanent</li> <li><strong>Shift Pattern</strong>: 5 out of 7 (Wednesday - Sunday or Friday - Tuesday 14:00 start time </li> <li><strong>Pay Rate</strong>: £13.17 per hour (plus below premiums)</li> </ul> <ul> <li style="list-style-type:none"> <ul> <li>1.5x for Overtime</li> <li>1.25x for Saturdays</li> <li>1.5x for Sundays</li> <li>23% uplift for unsociable hours (6PM – 4AM)</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Warehouse Operative Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Operate chill trolley packers and shrink-wrappers</li> <li>Load and unload inbound/outbound vehicles</li> <li>Rotate stock and check date codes</li> <li>Follow SOPs, work instructions, and risk assessments</li> <li>Maintain high hygiene standards – clean as you go</li> <li>Conduct quality control checks to meet product standards</li> <li>Replenish materials and support team training</li> <li>Communicate effectively across departments</li> <li>Carry out additional duties as required</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For </strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous warehouse experience is desirable</li> <li>Good literacy and numeracy skills</li> <li>Positive, self-motivated, and proactive attitude</li> <li>Strong team player who can also work independently</li> <li>Excellent communication skills</li> <li>Committed to high standards and continuous improvement</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p> <p>At Müller, we believe our people are our greatest asset.
