</div><div><p>Lead the development, positioning, and delivery of Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity systems and solutions by overseeing technical development, pre-sales activities, and solution development activities related to OT cybersecurity solutions</li> <li>Review and approve proof-of-concepts and technical solution designs</li> <li>Ensure development of customized solutions based on project and site requirements</li> <li>Guide vendor evaluation and technology selection activities</li> </ul> <p>Pre-Sales and Proposal Support</p> <ul> <li>Oversee technical inputs for RFPs, proposals, and tender submissions</li> <li>Ensure technical compliance and accuracy of proposals and offers</li> <li>Support technical workshops, presentations, and customer engagements</li> <li>Review solution scope, assumptions, and technical risks during bidding stages</li> </ul> <p>Engineering and Project Integration</p> <ul> <li>Oversee site surveys and technical risk assessment activities</li> <li>Ensure effective transition of solutions from pre-sales to project execution</li> <li>Coordinate with project teams to support system integration activities</li> <li>Review and resolve complex technical issues during implementation</li> </ul> <p>Vendor and Technology Management</p> <ul> <li>Manage relationships with OT cybersecurity vendors and technology partners</li> <li>Approve OT cybersecurity tools, platforms, and solution components</li> <li>Ensure vendor solutions align with customer and project requirements</li> </ul> <p>Capability Development and Team Leadership</p> <ul> <li>Lead OT cybersecurity technical, engineering, and pre-sales teams</li> <li>Define technical competency requirements and skill development needs</li> <li>Promote collaboration
