equipment to relevant departmental authorities.</li> <li>File reports for any delays, incidents, or accidents involving fleet vehicles.</li> </ul> <p>Driver Communication and Issue Resolution:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain open communication with drivers.</li> <li>Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by drivers.</li> </ul> <p>Vehicle Maintenance and Repairs:</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate regular maintenance and repairs for all company vehicles.</li> <li>Conduct routine checks to ensure vehicles are in proper working condition.</li> <li>Maintain a spare vehicle ready for use in emergencies.</li> </ul> <p>Insurance and Licensing:</p> <ul> <li>Monitor and ensure timely renewal of vehicle insurances and licenses.</li> </ul> <p>Customer Complaint Handling:</p> <ul> <li>Investigate, verify, and resolve any customer complaints related to fleet operations.</li> </ul> <p>Financial Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Handle monthly payments related to fleet operations, including leasing, servicing, and other associated costs.</li> <li>Manage regular fuel and maintenance expenses for vehicles under supervision.</li> </ul> <p>Vehicle Allocation and Handover:</p> <ul>
