Ensure adherence to industry standards, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and quality in operations.</p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px Support:</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with the Business Development Manager (BDM) to aid and support in preparing PQ files.</li> <li>Support the Tendering team by actively participating in tender assessments.</li> </ul> <p>Leadership and Design:</p> <ul> <li>Take charge of the telecommunication team's design.</li> <li>Lead efforts in testing and commissioning for Telcom.</li> </ul> <p>Customer Development:</p> <ul> <li>Focus on customer development and demonstrating capabilities in the telecommunication sector to end-users.</li> </ul> <p>Project Understanding and Documentation:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct studies and developing Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure comprehensive project understanding.</li> <li>Analyzing received input data and specifications, preparing engineering documents, configurations, design drawings, software, and detailed planning in accordance with applicable specifications, codes, and standards.</li> </ul> <p>Design Implementation and Analysis:</p> <ul> <li>Implement designs in alignment with contractual standards and base designs.</li> <li>Perform design requirements analysis and oversee implementation, and integration processes.</li> </ul> <p>Procurement and Documentation:</p> <ul> <li>Release technical purchase orders for various items and services in accordance with established purchasing procedures.</li> <li>Generate drawings for different systems based on relevant codes and standards.</li> </ul> <p>Problem Resolution and Quality Assurance:</p> <ul> <li>Proactively resolve technical problems arising during production.</li> <li>Provide clarification on design-related technical issues to Quality Control (QC) and Testing teams.</li> </ul> <p>Testing and Commissioning Management:</p> <ul> <li>Take the lead in managing the
