Platforms:</p> <ul> <li>Define and standardize data collection methods (qualitative and quantitative).</li> <li>Oversee data platforms and reporting systems to ensure integration and consistency.</li> <li>Establish data governance frameworks, quality standards, and validation rules.</li> <li>Supervise development of data collection tools, templates, and dashboards.</li> <li>Ensure alignment between data sources, reporting needs, and analytical requirements.</li> </ul> <p>Reporting Development &amp; Performance Monitoring:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain standardized reports, dashboards, and reporting templates.</li> <li>Consolidate reporting outputs from multiple sources into executive-level dashboards.</li> <li>Monitor performance indicators, identify deviations, and highlight key trends.</li> <li>Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all reporting outputs.</li> <li>Continuously improve reporting structures to enhance decision-making.</li> </ul> <p>Studies, Investment Analysis &amp; Strategic Evaluation:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct and oversee studies related to investments, expansions, and strategic initiatives.</li> <li>Review feasibility studies and assess alignment with corporate strategy.</li> <li>Perform benchmarking and comparative analysis against industry peers.</li> <li>Evaluate business cases and provide recommendations for decision-making.</li> <li>Assess value creation and strategic impact of initiatives.</li> </ul> <p>Performance Analysis &amp; Decision Support:</p> <ul> <li>Analyze performance data and reporting outputs to identify trends, risks, and gaps.</li> <li>Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.</li> <li>Prepare consolidated reports and studies for executive management and committees.</li> <li>Support evidence-based decision-making across business units and sectors.</li> <li>Highlight improvement opportunities based on data-driven insights.</li> </ul> <p>Stakeholder Coordination &amp;
