The successful candidate will oversee the design, review, and delivery of protection and control systems for substation projects while ensuring technical excellence, efficient resource management, and sans-serif">Oversee the design and review of protection and control systems for HV/EHV substations.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Review and approve engineering deliverables, protection philosophies, relay settings, and technical documentation.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensure compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and applicable international standards (IEC, IEEE, SEC, SASO).</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, clients, vendors, and contractors.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Support project execution during design, installation, testing, and commissioning phases.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Manage section resources, monitor project progress, sans-serif">Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems or High Voltage preferred).</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Minimum <strong>+15 years</strong> of experience in Transmission & Distribution projects, with strong expertise in protection and control engineering.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong knowledge of protection systems, relay coordination, substation secondary design, and power system studies.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience delivering HV/EHV substation
