Ensure the efficient and timely production of high-quality electrical products, meeting safety standards and production targets.</p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid <li>Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and inventory targets.</li> <li>Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure a smooth production flow.</li> <li>Optimize production processes to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.</li> </ul> <p>Quality Control:</p> <ul> <li>Implement and enforce quality control measures throughout the production process.</li> <li>Collaborate with the quality assurance team to set and maintain quality standards.</li> <li>Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with
