<p><strong>SENIOR CATEGORY INSIGHTS MANAGER - 12 MONTHS CONTRACT</strong><br><strong>Commercial Strategy & Insights<br></strong><strong>Wimbledon - 2 to 3 days per week in the office</strong></p> <p><br>Join Coty’s newly formed Commercial Strategy & Insights function and play a pivotal role in shaping category growth across the UK market. This role combines data, strategy and retailer engagement to unlock growth opportunities, influence decision-making and strengthen Coty’s position as an indispensable partner to retailers.</p> <p><strong><br>THE ROLE</strong><br><strong><br>OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!</strong></p> <p><br>As our Senior Category Insights Manager, you play a critical role in translating shopper, category and retailer data into actionable growth strategies that drive Coty’s performance across key accounts, influencing both internal stakeholders and major retail partners.<br>You will be reporting to Category Director, and you will manage:<strong><br><br>CATEGORY STRATEGY & INSIGHTS LEADERSHIP<br></strong></p> <ul> <li>Own category opportunity identification across range, assortment, layout and shelf strategy</li> <li>Translate internal, syndicated, EPOS and retailer data into actionable insights</li> <li>Develop category strategies and growth levers aligned to Coty’s commercial objectives</li> <li>Lead SKU productivity analysis and portfolio optimization recommendations</li> <li>Partner with CMI to convert insights into tangible commercial actions</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>RETAILER PARTNERSHIP & INFLUENCE</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build strong relationships with retailer buyers, category leads and senior stakeholders</li> <li>Lead category storytelling and sell-in for innovation, range reviews and space resets</li> <li>Position Coty as a trusted and indispensable category partner</li> <li>Support commercial negotiations with robust, insight-led category rationale</li> <li>Deliver impactful presentations to senior internal and external audiences</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>CROSS-FUNCTIONAL DELIVERY & EXECUTION</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead internal ranging processes and align stakeholders on key priorities</li> <li>Collaborate across Sales, Commercial Excellence, Brand, Marketing and Category teams</li> <li>Drive implementation of category recommendations across retail partners</li> <li>Support innovation benchmarking and category performance tracking</li> <li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality output</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>YOU ARE A COTY FIT</strong></p> <p><br>As a data-driven category expert with strong commercial acumen, you thrive in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
