The role is key to maintaining high service levels, operational stability, and seamless coordinator across core functions in all Spanish facilities.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you can look forward to as a Country Production Process Manager:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Plan production and adjust schedules according to demand and actual availability.</li> <li>Coordinate with production plants to ensure operational feasibility.</li> <li>Manage priorities and production sequencing.</li> <li>Ensure the availability of raw materials and critical components.</li> <li>Identify supply risks and collaborate with Procurement to mitigate them.</li> <li>Optimize stock levels and balance inventories between plants.</li> <li>Analyze stock rotation, obsolescence, and inventory behavior.</li> <li>Track planning KPIs, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your profile as a Country Production Process Manager:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.</li> <li>3–5 years of experience in <strong>transport, logistics and industrial planning is necessary</strong></li> <li><strong>ERP experience, ideally SAP</strong> is necessary</li> <li>Strong analytical skills; experience with <strong>Power BI or dashboard tools.</strong></li> <li>Advanced Excel skills.</li> <li>Lean mindset and structured process thinking.</li> <li>Ability to anticipate risks and manage priorities effectively.</li> <li>Strong cross-functional communication skills and ability to work under pressure</li> <li>Fluent Spanish and good English knowledge is necessary</li> </ul></div></div></div><p> </p> <p>Be part of our ZF team as Country Production Process Manager (m/f/d) in Spain Corella and apply now!</p> <p>Contact</p> <p>Sabine Kessel</p> <p>+49 7541 77 960988</p>
