If so, we invite you to join Novo Nordisk as our new Global Project Lead within the Diabetes Strategic Projects team.</p><p>The position</p> <p>As Global Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading high-priority strategic projects across the late-stage Diabetes portfolio. You will play a pivotal role in leading asset deliverables, indi-rectly leading matrix teams to drive strategic projects and land recommendations with govern-ance. You will be at the heart of shaping commercial strategies, aligning diverse stakeholders and driving successful implementation of critical strategic priorities.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your key responsibilities will include:</p> <p>Lead strategic portfolio projects</p> <p>· Development and execution of asset strategies, ensuring collaboration with cross-func-tional stakeholders to translate scientific, clinical, and regulatory insights into tangible commercial market opportunities</p> <p>· Owning competitive asset Target Product Profile (TPP) development anchored in unmet patient needs and competitive positioning</p> <p>· Conducting market research to analyse market trends and dynamics that impact asset strategy and positioning</p> <p>· Ensure portfolio-wide perspective in asset development, balancing strategic fit, resource allocation, risk profile, and long-term value creation across the Diabetes portfolio</p> <p> </p> <p>Drive strategic analyses and recommendations</p> <p>· Support business cases and strategic evaluations for investment, prioritization, and re-source allocation decisions.</p> <p>· Translate complex insights into compelling narratives and decision materials for senior leadership and governance forums.</p> <p> </p> <p>Ensure cross-functional alignment and stakeholder engagement</p> <p>· Build strong partnerships across Commercial, Medical, Development, Market Access, Operations, Digital, Finance, Product Supply, and other key functions</p> <p>· Drive alignment among global, regional, and affiliate stakeholders on strategic priorities and project deliverables</p> <p>This role is based in Søborg, Denmark, and requires on-site presence.</p> <p> </p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have:</p> <p>· Master&apos;s degree in Business, Economics, Life Sciences, Medicine, or a related discipline. MBA or PhD is considered an advantage.</p> <p>· 2-4 years of relevant experience within management consulting, commercial asset de-velopment, new product planning or investment banking focused on asset valuation</p> <p>· Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives with significant business impact</p> <p>· Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear strategic recommendations</p> <p>· Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority in a matrix environment</p> <p>· Experience preparing executive-level communications, governance materials, and stra-tegic recommendations</p> <p>· Fluency in written and spoken English.</p> <p>It would be considered an advantage if you have:</p> <p>· Experience within diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular disease, or other chronic disease ar-eas.</p> <p>· Experience from a top-tier management consulting firm.</p> <p>· Experience working across global pharmaceutical organizations.</p> <p> </p> <p>About the department</p> <p>The Diabetes Strategic Projects team is responsible for leading high-priority strategic initiatives that shape the future direction of Novo Nordisk&apos;s Diabetes business.
