You keep the platform stable, secure and performant in production — and you increasingly do it with AI in the loop, using agents and LLM-based tooling to automate operational toil and resolve issues faster. This is a client-facing, hands-on engineering role with 24/7 on-call responsibilities. What will your typical day look like? You will keep mission-critical systems running for high-profile clients, and help define how an Operate team uses AI to do it better — automating the repetitive work so you can focus on genuinely hard problems. You’ll work across a modern full-stack environment with a smart, passionate team that loves what it does.
