PURPOSE OF THE JOB <ul> <li>Project Industrial and Material Manager (PMM) is responsible for managing the industrial and material scope of the Signaling and SCADA subsystems in the Haifa–Nazareth (NofiT) LRT Line Project.</li> <li>The role ensures that all materials—generic, project-specific, installation kits, documentation and certificates—are delivered in line with QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) commitments.</li> <li>Ensure coordination and control of Industrial & Internal material scope across project phases.</li> <li>The PMM coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with project requirements, safety standards, and delivery timelines.</li> <li>Drive performance improvement, cost efficiency, and risk mitigation strategies tailored to the industrial and material management needs of Signaling and SCADA subsystems.</li> </ul> ORGANISATION Organization structure (job belongs to...) <ul style="list-style-type:square"> <li>HN NofIT RSY / Signaling and Scada</li> </ul> Reports directly to: <ul> <li>Signaling and SCADA Project manager</li> </ul> Network & Links Internal <ul> <li>RSY Organization</li> <li>Procurement Project Manager (PPM)</li> <li>PrEM, PrSM, PrISM, PrQM, PrWM</li> <li>Installation Manager</li> <li>T&C Manager</li> <li>Project EHS Manager</li> <li>Engineering and Supply Chain Teams</li> </ul> External <ul style="list-style-type:square"> <li>Customer and technical representatives</li> <li>Suppliers and subcontractors</li> </ul> MAIN RESPONSABILITIES Key accountabilities: <ul type="disc"> <li>Industrial and Material scope management for SIG and SCADA subsystems</li> <li>Review all direct purchase requirements and ensure that product data is accurately entered onto SAP</li> <li>Manage industrial coordination</li> <li>Enter project material requirements in SAP arrange for timely release of requisitions, obtain quotes as necessary, and expedite deliveries to meet QCD commitment/project requirements</li> <li>Manage shipments of materials to the Installation sites</li> <li>Coordination with internal and external teams for material delivery; Interface with Procurement for externally sourced products</li> <li>Compliance with safety, technical and contractual standards</li> <li>Development and maintenance of delivery documentation</li> <li>Risk mitigation and issue resolution</li> <li>Ensure progress and delivery meet QCD targets and align with company best practices</li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li>Apply QCD processes and tools to monitor and manage performance.</li> </ul> Performance measurements: <ul> <li>On-time delivery of materials and documentation</li> <li>Effective coordination with stakeholders</li> <li>Compliance with QCD targets</li> <li>Timely resolution of material-related issues</li> <li>High-quality reporting and documentation</li> </ul> MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES Educational Requirements Mandatory: B.Sc. in Engineering Degree Experience Mandatory: <ul> <li>5+ years in Engineering or Industrial Operations</li> <li>2+ years in Rail Transit Projects or Systems Interface Management</li> </ul> Desirable: <ul> <li>Proficiency in SAP</li> <li>Knowledge of Railway projects</li> </ul> Behavioral Competencies <ul> <li>Fluent in English and Hebrew</li> <li>Ability to adapt to multi-disciplinary environments</li> <li>Problem resolution skills</li> <li>Result oriented mindset</li> <li>Ability to work under stringent timelines</li> <li>Technically skilled and experienced in working with teams across multiple disciplines.</li> <li>Capability to take decision</li> <li>Act as a Team Player</li> <li>Good co-ordination and communication skills</li> </ul>
