About this role
We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our organization supporting the US Operations Group. The position will report to the Director, Human Resources - Operations, and will be based in the Queensbury, NY Office. The Senior HR Generalist will play a critical role in managing our corporate apprenticeship programs and ensuring strict compliance with the Prevailing Wage Act (PWA) and Davis-Bacon Act projects. Additionally, this role will champion DOT and OSHA compliance standards across the HR team and provide strategic support to the HR Director during union negotiations.
