Performance Management Lead, LS DDIT Reports to: Head of Strategy, LS DDIT We are seeking a Performance Management lead to drive strategic value visibility and performance management within Life Science Data, Digital, and IT (LS DDIT). This role is central to implement and automate operational KPIs for our LS DDIT organization, which includes the tracking, communicating and refinement if KPIs in alignment with LS DDIT’s strategic priorities.
