Key responsibilities include: <ul> <li>Origination of new SEF/SCF transactions with a particular focus on the defence sector</li> <li>Actively explore new financing arbitrage opportunities, to widen the scope of transactions being pursued by the bank</li> <li>Due diligence, research (including economic research) for preparation of business proposals, credit applications, credit line renewals and annual reviews</li> <li>Providing support throughout the negotiation process, including the documentation and structuring of SEF and SCF transactions</li> <li>Performing all tasks relating to the management and administration of the portfolio</li> <li>Carrying out some reporting tasks and monitoring of profitability</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Who we are looking for</H2> </div><div> We would be pleased to hear from you if you have: <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Min 5 years in financial institution or SEF environment required</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Previous experience of Portfolio Management or Project Management with a view of expending commercial qualifications</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Deep understanding of Structured Export Finance and knowledge of Supply Chain Finance</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Knowledge of global trade finance regulations and compliance</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience working with financial institutions and cross-functional teams</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">English and French knowledge required, Italian is a plus</li> </ul></div></div></div> <h2>About us</h2> We are the leading banking group in Italy and one of the Top Tier in Europe.
