The Sr. Financial Analyst, Project Structuring is responsible for developing and presenting financial analyses that support transaction pricing, project valuation, and investment decisions for distributed generation and renewable energy assets, with a primary focus on solar and energy storage. This role leverages expertise in financial modeling, project finance, and transaction structuring to optimize customer solutions and maximize returns. The position works cross-functionally with teams including Origination, Legal, Tax, Capital Markets, Accounting, Regulatory, and Technical Sales to evaluate opportunities, structure transactions, and ensure alignment with company policies and investment objectives.
