About this role
The purpose of the Client Service Manager (CSM) role is to build and apply core client leadership practices, advancing the firm’s consistency and effectiveness in managing BC’s business for clients. The Client Service Manager should be actively working on projects with the client, but also devoted to business and client development. The person in this role should demonstrate the ability to maintain, leverage, and expand client relationships. A CSM’s effectiveness is grounded in credibility, both technical and relational, reinforced by visible and measurable contributions to client outcomes and opportunity development.
