Brown and Caldwell (BC) has a unique development oppoertunity for a mid-level professional engineer/project manager wia desire to apply and develop their project managment, leadership, and business development skills. This full-time position will contribute to projdect delivery and client service teams in winning andexecuting innovative planning, evaluation, design, permitting and construction support services for a variety of projects for municigpal clients in the water marekt. This person must have a State of Pennsylvania PE license. This position will engage with BC Pennsylvania leaders to advance our growth strategty while providing project oversight and mentorship to staff in our Philadelhpia ofice.
