Initially, you will be based at our current location in Moerdijk. A 240,000 m² warehouse, which will be the largest single logistics site in the Benelux.: You’re on it. How you do this? As a warehouse team leader, you ensure that daily operations proceed smoothly. In a dynamic setting with various clients, you apply your leadership abilities to enhance processes and support your team’s growth. You achieve this by: • providing suggestions and feedback for initiatives focused on enhancing our logistics processes and procedures; • guiding, training, and overseeing your team members; • ensuring adherence to legal, company, and safety regulations, as well as monitoring compliance; • supervising daily operations and maintaining smooth workflow; • working day shifts or rotating shifts, based on your preference and availability.
