<p><strong>Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:</strong></p> <p>To manage a people eco system around moments that matter – delivering value at every touchpoint and provide HR service and support to defined business area. Supports local HR projects and initiatives.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Key contact with market business leaders, managers and employees and consults on policies and procedures</li> <li>Manage employees in all people related topics, coach, guide and support line managers to be empowered around people, engagement and performance topics and decisions</li> <li>Design and execute the People Strategy in a defined area with guidance of HR leader</li> <li>Analyze HR policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness</li> <li>Manage Change Management plans and execution of new Org Design set up</li> <li>Deliver into the talent pipeline build-up of respective support functions</li> <li>Support the sourcing of solutions to build skills and capabilities in partnership with expert communities, operationalize the workforce planning process</li> <li>Input and monitor dashboard and analytic trends</li> <li>Ensure our people products and processes are executed and adapt communication for customer base</li> <li>Quickly respond to needs from line managers and employees and support leaders/managers in their people issues</li> <li>Take up ownership for HR projects/initiatives in support of furthering the business and people goals.</li> <li>Be a company culture and employee experience champion</li> <li>Take up ad hoc tasks as assigned.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Relationships:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Employees & Line Managers of support organization</li> <li>HR team members, locally, regionally and globally</li> <li>Talent and Rewards Partners and Experts</li> <li>Recruiters</li> <li>Finance</li> <li>HR Services</li> <li>Talents in area of responsibility- M3 and below</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</strong>:</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>HR Capabilities: HR Subject Matter Expert, use of HR metrics, maintains external perspective, anticipating people trends, basic employee relations, Individual and collective labor law.</li> <li>Business Capabilities: Commercial awareness, customer focus, basic understanding of business its value chain and key processes</li> <li>Consulting Capabilities: Basic consulting and counselling capabilities. Ability to deliver and support the selling of HR solutions to the business</li> <li>A good team player</li> <li>Gives support and high-level HR service, challenges, listens and understands needs and provides solutions. Customer oriented, approachable and strong interpersonal skills</li> <li>Mature, well-organized, a self-starter with enthusiasm and initiative</li> <li>Confident, creative and collaborative</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentations skills</li> <li>Brings in new ideas and tries out new methods</li> <li>Is open to new approaches and supports change</li> <li>Shows understanding of the overall strategy and the relevance for tasks</li> <li>Well versed in Taiwan labor regulations</li> <li>Provides logical, compelling arguments and reasons for own ideas and recommendations</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Requisite Education and Experience/Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>University degree or equivalent (preferably main subject Personnel Management)</li> <li>Minimum 5 years progressive work experience in the field of HRBP.</li> <li>Proven HR business partner, ideally with experience in multiple HR areas, e.g. Rewards, Talent or business function.</li> <li>Proficient in English</li> <li>Experience handling complicated employee relations issues, investigations and downsizing.</li> </ul> <p> </p>
