About this role
The Business Partner, Internal Communications and Engagement will collaborate across the organization to craft clear and engaging internal communication campaigns for a wide range of audiences. These messages may include sensitive or confidential employee matters, as well as broader organizational initiatives and changes, delivered with a focus on clear, engaging, and informative communications. As part of the engagement team, you will play a key role in advancing Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (IDEA) initiatives, upholding Technical Safety BC’s commitment to a respectful, inclusive, and values driven workplace.
