Dime Commercial Bank (Dime) is currently hiring for a Senior Documentation Closing Specialist (SDCS) at its Headquarters in Hauppauge, Long Island. The SDCS prepares and reviews documents, coordinates closings, and ensures compliance for Commercial Loans. The role also reviews and examines the commitment letter, LOI, credit approval, pricing, structure, and financial reporting requirements as necessary to prepare the legal documentation. The role also ensures compliance, completeness, and accuracy prior to execution. The SDCS acts as a liaison between Borrowers, Legal Counsel, Loan Officers, and the Loan Transaction Team to facilitate a timely loan closing process and delivery of the loan package to Loan Booking.
