Dime Commercial Bank (Dime) is currently hiring for a Customer Service Associate (CSA) at its 232 Madison Avenue Branch in Manhattan. The CSA will be responsible for completing deposit and withdrawal transactions, responding to customer inquiries, issuing money orders, cash advances and cashiers’ checks. The CSA will open, close, and provide service of all the bank's deposit and consumer loan products to Dime customers in the branch market area. This role requires prior retail banking experience (ex. Universal Banker, Relationship Banker, Customer Service Associate/Representative, Financial Service Associate).
