What you build As Strategy & Operations iXp Intern (f/m/d) – Strategic Project Management Officer, you will work directly with the Head of MEE Strategy & Operations and contribute to high-priority strategic initiatives. You will take ownership of (multiple) projects and support decision-making through structured analysis and clear executive communication. Beyond conceptual work, you will be actively involved in execution while driving initiatives forward and managing projects end-to-end in alignment with the business stakeholders. This is a 5 to 6-month internship based in Walldorf, starting in September 2026. Candidates may have the opportunity to continue with us in a subsequent working student role.
