About this role
The Manager, Learning and Development is responsible for implementing strategic plans, programs, tools and learning initiatives that support Boston Pizza restaurants across Canada. Their goal is to ensure franchisees and restaurant teams are equipped with the knowledge, skills and resources needed to deliver an exceptional guest experience. In this capacity, the Manager, Learning and Development collaborates with cross functional partners, franchisees and restaurant teams to support the development and execution of standards, procedures and programs throughout the system.
