About this role
Description: The role of the Maintenance Crew Leader is to direct and maintain organization within the Maintenance mechanical team which he/she is assigned. This person will make sure that instructions and information is communicated from crew to crew as far as work lists and activities of the day are documented and resolved. He/she will work closely with the Operations Supervisor on the crew as well as the Maintenance Supervisor. It is also a “Working” position, meaning that the Crew Leader will assist crew members in various tasks when needed.<
