Job Purpose: The primary purpose of the Customer Business Solutions roles is to act as a strategic partner to clients, understanding their unique business needs and delivering standard/tailored business solutions that optimize their supply chain performance. The roles achieve this by leading the business design, IT requirements, testing, training, deployment and support of 4PL Business Solutions. This Senior Supervisor role leads a team of CBS Professionals. solutions, our interfacing capabilities, and 4PL platform benefits • Support Business Development (BD) and Solution Design (SD) teams to build tender responses with appropriate Business Solutions and document and validate it with stakeholders • Lead business-owned configuration, access management, master data management and automation • Coordinate IT-owned development (including customer EDI and internal IT developments) • Configure standard reports/dashboards and create customer reports/dashboards (when required) • Ensure 4PL Operations have standard tools for them to monitor/manage their
