This role is important in driving continuous improvement across our digital journeys—using data, experimentation and personalisation to enhance customer experience and deliver measurable commercial growth.
This is a hybrid role based in our London office.
Work that matters – What you'll do
Deliver the optimisation and experimentation roadmap for Identity Plus, driving improvements in conversion, engagement and retentionDesign, implement and analyse A/B tests end-to-end, turning insights into relevant outcomesIdentify and deliver opportunities for upsell, cross-sell and churn reductionManage and prioritise the eCommerce testing backlog following organisational goalsCollaborate with Product, Analytics, UX and Engineering to deliver impactful experiments What you'll need to bring to the role & Experian
Experience in CRO, optimisation or eCommerce rolesExperience running A/B testing and experimentation programmesExperience using tools such as GA, Adobe or MixpanelExperience working in agile environments and managing backlogs or delivery cyclesCan translate data into clear, commercially focused insights and recommendationsMore about you
A passion for continuous optimisation motivated by data decision makingCommercially focused, with an understanding of performance metricsOrganised and able to manage concurrent projects with pace across teams Benefits package includes:
